Post Storm Contractors List08/01/2007
Submitted By: Karin Tucker, Membership Manager
The local, licensed contractors and their companies listed below are members of the Charlotte-DeSoto BIA who have advised us that they are available at this time for post-storm related work.
Other contractors and companies in our membership may also perform post-storm work and consumers are encouraged to browse the C-D BIA Membership Directory at www.cdbia.com.
Be aware that contractors may charge a fee for providing written estimates and consultations on repair or damage evaluation. Often those fees will be deducted from the total cost of the project if the contractor is selected to perform the work. Ask the contractor about their policy on giving estimates.
The State of Florida offers a quick and easy way to verify that a contractor holds an active, current license: visit www.myfloridalicense.com to verify the official status of your contractor’s license and any outstanding complaints.
Note to C-D BIA members: to be added or removed from the Post Storm Contractors list, contact karin@cdbia.com for information.
