2024 Builder of the Year is Paul Schaefer, Sage Homes

Paul Schaefer, Sage Homes has been a member of the CDBIA for close to 25 years. He joined the CDBIA board and was president of the CDBIA in 2011. He earned his Florida Certified Master Builder certification and currently serves on the board for FCMB. Even with all his dedication to the building industry, Paul thrives on custom building, and building homes for families like yours and mine. He has continued to grow in the building industry, and has become a pool contractor.
