As the Membership Coordinator for the Charlotte DeSoto Builders Industry Association’s Next Gen Council, I’m proud to play an active role in strengthening our local building community. My mission is to recruit, welcome, and support members who share a passion for growth, innovation, and collaboration within our industry. I’m excited to step into this position—not only as an opportunity to contribute to the success of our group, but also as a chance to continue growing both personally and professionally alongside other driven individuals.

Outside of my work with the Council, I serve as an Environmental Technician at Southwest Engineering and Design, a trusted local civil engineering firm proudly serving the community for over 20 years. In my role, I assist with protected species assessments and other environmental challenges, serve as a licensed gopher tortoise agent, and work on wetland mitigation projects to preserve Florida’s unique natural landscape. Each project challenges me to find real-world solutions that balance progress with environmental stewardship. At Southwest Engineering and Design, we take pride in our hard work, dedication, and commitment to keeping our community thriving—values I bring with me into every role I take on.
